As advised in our recent letter and email, please use the form below to submit your information regarding how you’d like to verify the absence of Stab-Lok breakers in your electric panel. Optionally, if you have already paid to have your condominium’s aluminum wiring mitigated, you can help us get out ahead of our next challenge by submitting a copy of your electrician’s invoice or receipt. However, this is entirely optional.
